Luke Airmen assist in roll-over rescue Published July 27, 2007 LUKE AIR FORCE BASE, Ariz. (AFPN) -- Two Luke Air Force Base sergeants were identified as instrumental in rescue efforts after four local youths found themselves in an overturned truck in a wash near the Phoenix International Raceway July 26. Working in their off-duty time at the Phoenix International Raceway, Tech. Sgt. James Orsund and Staff Sgt. Christopher Anderson, both ammunitions specialists at the base, witnessed the truck, driven by a 17 year old, overturned with siblings ages 14, 4 and 2 inside.
