Search and rescue training
A Utah Army National Guard Soldier is lifted on board an Air Force HH-60 Pave Hawk over the Utah Test and Training Range May 3 during a combat search and rescue integration exercise in Sandy, Utah. The 34th Weapons Squadron from Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., led the search and recovery training. The objective of the exercise was to expand expertise and integration with Utah's 211th Aviation Group AH-64 Apache Joint Rotary Wing, 4th Fighter Squadron F-16 Fighting Falcon Striker assets, special operations forces and conduct extensive joint CSAR operations against surface-to-air threats.
