SAN ANTONIO (AFPN) --  Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force Rodney J. McKinley discusses how to "Take Care of Airmen" in his latest Chief's View on Air Force Link.

The chief addresses an Airman's role as a supervisor or wingman.

"We need to get to know our Airmen and their families -- know where they're from, why they joined our Air Force, and what their goals and concerns are," Chief McKinley said.
