Officials announce Air Force chaplain service award winners Published April 22, 2005 WASHINGTON (AFPN) -- Officials recently announced the Air Force chaplain service award winners for 2004.Established last year, the award program recognizes outstanding individual and organizational performance within the chaplain service. The 2004 winners are:-- Outstanding Chaplain Assistant Airman of the Year: Airman 1st Class Noah Wells from F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyo.-- Outstanding Chaplain Assistant Noncommissioned Officer of the Year: Staff Sgt. Carteralynn Ford from Lackland AFB, Texas.-- Outstanding Chaplain Assistant Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Year: Senior Master Sgt. Roger Dubois from Ramstein Air Base, Germany.-- Outstanding Company Grade Chaplain of the Year: Chaplain (Capt.)
