Officials announce youth Bowl-by-Mail winners Published March 31, 2004 SAN ANTONIO (AFPN) -- Air Force Services Agency officials here announced the winners of the 2004 Air Force Bowl-by-Mail event.More than 2,400 students from 64 bases bowled a series of games at their installations and mailed the results to their respective major command. The Air Force winners were selected from the highest scores of the command bowlers.The first-place Air Force-wide winners of the various age divisions and categories are listed below.
