Personnel Web site slow Published Jan. 28, 2004 RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas (AFPN) -- Internet users trying to access the Air Force Personnel Center Web site recently are seeing unusual slowdowns and having problems connecting."We're aware of the problem and have brought in industry experts to help us resolve it as soon as possible," said Master Sgt. Gregory Brennfleck, Web administration superintendent. In the meantime, users may want to consider accessing the AFPC Web during off-peak hours, Sergeant Brennfleck said. Users seem to be having the most problems 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST."We apologize for the inconveniences and appreciate everyone's patience and understanding,” Sergeant Brennfleck said.People having difficulties accessing the virtual military personnel flight can also contact their local MPFs or the Air Force Contact Center at (800) 616-3775 for help with their questions.
