Family members can return to Incirlik Published May 2, 2003 INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey (AFPN) -- State Department officials announced May 1 that family members who were part of the authorized departure instituted March 18 are now allowed to return here.Family support centers in the area of departed airmen will be advising them how to coordinate a government travel request and will answer other questions family members might have.“I’m very happy this is happening,” said Col.
