An American Forces Radio and Television Service team recently completed a month-long mission to bring cable to Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan.

For several months, soldiers had only one channel to watch, but now, thanks to the team, they can choose from 14.

"The most important thing was to get troops their hometown coverage out here," said Master Sgt. Michael Burnham, from the AFRTS team. "We just wanted to bring some type of entertainment to the troops."

The seven-man team worked 12 to 15 hours a day around the base making sure everything was done right.
