U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Adam Martin, POW/MIA Run lead project officer, explains the importance of the POW/MIA remembrance event at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, on Sept. 12, 2024. For the duration of the 24-hour long run a POW/MIA flag was kept moving around the track at Ramstein’s Southside Fitness Center, while participants read the names of service members currently missing in action.
