DLA Director Army Lt. Gen. Mark Simerly issues a message to each of DLA’s major subordinate commands tying the workforce's efforts to the strategic foundation of the agency's ongoing transformation. DLA's transformation is designed to strengthen the organization's core mission: Support to the warfighter. An example of the strategy in action is the integration of the aviation, land, and maritime supply chains into the DLA Weapons Support organization.
