Sergeant Marasia Olang was recognized as the 2025 U.S. Army Installation Management Command’s best president for the Fort Bliss, Texas Better Opportunity for Single Soldiers (BOSS) program. Olang leads with purpose and creates opportunities that truly elevate Soldiers’ quality of life as she explains in an interview at Fort Bliss, Texas on March 18, 2026. The BOSS program on most military bases provides single soldiers that live in the barracks with a chance to do fun activities and interact with other soldiers on base. (U.S. Army video by spc.
