The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Great Lakes and Ohio River Division (LRD) welcomed its new commander, Col. Daniel J. Herlihy, during a Change of Command ceremony today at the John W. Peck Federal Building in Cincinnati. Col. Herlihy assumes command from Maj. Gen. Mark C. Quander, who has led the division since 2023. The ceremony was presided over by Lt. Gen. William H. Graham Jr., 56th Chief of Engineers and Commanding General of USACE.
