USS Tulsa Commissioning

On Saturday February 16, 2019, the Navy commissioned the USS Tulsa (LCS16) in San Francisco, Calif. LCS16 will be the second ship named after Tulsa, Okla., the second largest city in the state. The Independence class Littoral Combat Ship will be homeported in San Diego, California.
