Matthew Choi, a student with Sergeants School 3-24, speak about the unique experiences and camaraderie offered at the SNCO Academy on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, April 19, 2024. The SNCO Academy encourages all sergeants and above to consider their future and their Marine's futures by attending the school in order to further develop their personal and professional skills as leaders.
