Illinois National Guard Soldiers with the Higher Headquarters 1-178th Infantry, General Richard L. Jones Armory, Chicago, IL., prepare to deploy to the Sheridan Correctional Center, Sheridan, IL., April 13, 2020. The U.S. Army Medics are trained to respond to multiple contingencies related to health care and will help supplemental staffing at the center during the COVID-19 pandemic.
