Retired German Armed Forces Brig. Gen. Rolf Wagner, departs and retires from public service as the former German deputy director of the Marshall Center, March 20, 2026. During his time at the Marshall Center, Wagner emphasized teamwork, international cooperation, and shared democratic values, reminding us to “be open, be ready, support the team – because the team is everything.”
