Emmanuel Prince adds passion to the meals he creates for service members during Cobra Gold 2019 at Phra Maha Jetsadaratchao Camp, U-Tapao, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 11, 2019. CG19 is the largest Theater Security Cooperation exercise in the Indo-Pacific region and is an integral part of the U.S. Commitment to strengthen engagement in the region.
