The 2025 Air Education and Training Command (AETC) Learning Ecosystem Continuous Process Improvement event was held on July 15-17, 2025, in Dayton, Ohio. The overarching purpose of these annual Learning Ecosystem events is to strategically build a strong shared vision and body of knowledge across the Department of the Air Force Learning Ecosystem and optimize the development of mission ready Airmen for the future fight. Mapping the Learning Ecosystem through the CPI process allows us to visualize the people, programs, and relationships; identify trends (geographic and otherwise); and uncover opportunities for innovation and collaboration. It will transform the DAF learning landscape from abstract networks into a tangible, data-driven visualization, helping stakeholders make connections, share knowledge, and drive informed decisions.
