Cotton, Commander, United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) and his staff visit Tinker AFB for the 2023 Omaha trophy presentation, May 25. The Omaha Trophy, sponsored by USSTRATCOM and the USSTRATCOM Consultation Committee, is awarded annually to military units demonstrating the highest performance standards in USSTRATCOM's mission areas. VQ-4 is attached to Commander Strategic Communications Wing (SCW) 1, a subordinate command of Commander, Naval Air Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, ensuring National Security through deterrence of adversarial nuclear ambitions.
