Military leaders, Soldiers treated for traumatic brain injury, National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE) representatives and representatives from the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund break ground at a ceremony June 13 at Fort Campbell, Ky. for the third in a series of nine National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE) Satellite Centers designed to diagnose and treat traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress.
