Appointment Letters
For nearly every program, the guidance calls for a properly formatted and signed appointment letter. Each appointment letter must be current, and accurate, and all these letters, must be maintained and available. How is this usually handled? Appointment letters are often printed and signed with pen and ink. They are saved all over the place, leading many to ask the ever popular question, where is that appointment letter. There are often multiple versions, leading others to ask another popular question, is this even current?
Not any more
With Appointment Letter Central, you now have a centralized, web-based solution that manages all of the locally required appointment letters. They can now be sorted and searched by program or organization, This means that each program manager can easily access their required appointment letters, but also, now every level of leadership can quickly see all the appointment letters under their control, what programs are covered and what, if any, are not. Missing an appointment letter? Now you will see it at a glance. Need to assign a member? Now you can select them from a list of personnel. Need to sign? Hey it’s 2018, let’s do that digitally, and all in a matter of seconds.
Created years ago, the concept has been implemented, proven effective, and is currently being revised for smoother operation and appearance. If implemented across the Total Force, Appointment Letter Central can easily save thousands of hours, all while increasing the compliance and accountability of our essential programs.
