U.S. Marine Corps F-35B Lightning II aircraft with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 121 and MV-22B Osprey aircraft with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 262 conduct flight operations aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Tripoli (LHA 7), while underway June 6, 2022. Tripoli is operating in the U.S. 7th fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability with allies and partners, and serve as a ready response force to defend peace and maintain stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
