Iraqi air force reaches 2,000-hour milestone
Capt. Jamie Riddle, a 52nd Expeditionary Flying Training Squadron instructor pilot, and 2nd Lt. "Joseph," an Iraqi air force student pilot, land their Cessna 172 July 13 at Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq, after surpassing 2,000 flying hours for the Iraqi air force. The 52nd EFTS' mission is to train, educate and advise the Iraqi air force to build an institutional capacity to conduct credible fixed- and rotary-wing flight training for the future.
