Matt McFarlane gathers his equipment after successfully parachuting into Lop Buri, Kingdom of Thailand, after traveling from Alaska with approximately 400 paratroopers and 20 Royal Thai Armed Forces liaisons Feb. 14, 2014, as part of Exercise Cobra Gold. Cobra Gold, an annual exercise providing tactical, humanitarian and civil assistance, brings together multiple nations cooperating in areas of common interest to support the security and stability of the Asia-Pacific region.
