A rare look inside the Gen. James H. Doolittle Combined Air and Space Operations Center facility Aug. 22, 2013, at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz. The facility is currently being used to support the U.S. Southern Command sponsored PANAMAX 2014 exercise series. The exercise focuses on ensuring the defense of the Panama Canal.
