Tech. Sgt. Benjamin Griffin and Airman 1st Class Melissa Bradley mix shredded paper, sawdust and water to make fuel pucks and bricks May 3, 2013, at Kabul International Airport, Afghanistan. As part of Operation Outreach, a community service organization, members of NATO Air Training Command-Afghanistan spend every Friday and Saturday evening turning these three ingredients into pucks and bricks that are donated around Kabul and can provide fuel for up to 20 or 40 minutes respectively.
