AFOSI hero rewarded
Brig. Gen. Kevin Jacobsen congratulates Special Agent Bob Powers for receiving the Command Civilian Award for Valor medal. Powers received the medal for rescuing a man who had accidently caught himself on fire in a public restroom. Thanks to his actions, the man survived.
