MIA bracelets were developed in the late 1960s as a way to ensure that fallen service members would never be forgotten. Lt. Col. Amy Young, of the 80th Operations Group at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, has worn Lt. Col. Charles M. Walling's name for the past 22 years. She will now lead a four-ship Missing Man flyover at Arlington National Cemetery for his funeral June 15, 2012. (U.S. Air Force graphic/Corey Parrish; courtesy photo)
