Intel general outlines future of ISR programs
SOUTHWEST ASIA - Brig. Gen. John Horner meets with Airmen of the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing April 16, 2012. As Air Force Director of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Capabilities, Horner spoke directly with the many people supporting ISR missions.
