Airmen build IAF foundation
Joe Montalvo teaches a basic English Language course to a class-full of Iraqi Airmen Dec. 13, 2010, in Taji, Iraq. Airmen with the 821st Expeditionary Training Squadron work daily with the faculty and students at the school to help it become an enduring and self sufficient training pipeline for the Iraqi air force and Ministry of Defense.
