IDEA saves Air Force cash
Justin Kammer uses a drum tool to lift a 55-gallon drum during a demonstration Jan. 10, 2011. He is wearing a new "ONE Suit Pro," which replaces the Hazardous Materials Level-A and Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear suits used by first responders at Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, to enter immediate-danger-to-life and health-contaminated or toxic environments. The new suits are cheaper, lighter, better quality and have a longer shelf-life. Mr. Kammer is with the 17th Civil Engineer Squadron. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Anne Gathua)
