Airman 1st Class Kristan Harrison sprays soap in her eyes to counteract the effects of Oleoresin Capsicum spray Jan. 5, 2011, at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. OC spray is a non-lethal spray, similar to pepper spray, used to temporarily incapacitate individuals. All security forces Airmen receive the OC training when they first arrive at their squadron.
