Incirlik medical group earns AF best practice
Serdal Gurses displays spreadsheet Oct. 20, 2010, that was recognized as an Air Force best practice. Mr. Gurses is a budget analyst for the 39th Medical Support Squadron at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. An Air Force best practice is defined on the Air Force Manpower Agency website as "a superior method or innovative practice that contributes to the improved performance of the process."
