At the header, or receiving point for fuel, Airman Justin Rose, a fuels specialist with the 376th Logistics Readiness Squadron at the Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, takes a fuel sample July 16, 2010, and tests it before allowing the fuel to enter into the filtration system.
