Chance Medley prepare litters and aeromedical evacuation equipment on a C-130J Super Hercules May 12, 2010, in preparation for training Romanian air force counterparts on equipment and procedures used to evacuate patients during Operation Carpathian Summer 2010, a joint exercise at Otopeni Airlift Base, Romania.
