Base tribute
Members of the base honor guard at Hurlburt Field, Fla., hold shadow boxes that will be presented to the families of Maj. Randell Voas and Senior Master Sgt. James Lackey during a memorial service there April 15, 2010. Major Voas and Sergeant Lackey, assigned to the 8th Special Operations Squadron as an evaluator pilot and an evaluator flight engineer respectively, died in the line of duty when their CV-22 crashed in Afghanistan April 9.
