Staff Sgt. Travis Stricker communicates with various Air Force and Philippine air force aircraft ensuring a clear air flow and deconflicting aircraft altitudes during Exercise Balikatan 2010 March 20, 2010, in the Philippines.. Balikatan is an annual bilateral exercise designed to increase interoperability between the U.S. and Philippine air forces, and exercises the two nation's ability to operate together when responding to natural disasters.
