AMC provides airlift for Americans in Haiti

The cracked walls of the Toussaint L'Ouverture International Airport serve as a backdrop for military members providing security and civilians awaiting evacuation in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Jan. 19, 2010. Airmen helped the Haiti government bring the airport back up to operational status within 24 hours of the earthquake, and continue to help manage air traffic control. (U.S. Air Force photo/1st Lt. Matt Schroff)
