Cope Tiger takes flight

Pilots and aircrew of the Air Force, Marines, Royal Thai air force and the Republic of Singapore air force review the initial Cope Tiger 2008 daily flying operations briefing Jan. 27 at Korat Royal Air Base, Thailand. Cope Tiger is a multilateral joint and combined field training and humanitarian and civic assistance exercise involving Thailand, Singapore and the United States. The Thai-, Singaporean- and U.S.-hosted exercise enhances combined readiness and interoperability, reinforces U.S. commitment to the Southeast Asian region, and demonstrates the U.S. capability to project combined and joint forces strategically in a multilateral environment.
