An Afghanistan National Army Air Corp flight engineer waits for passengers to board an Mi-17 helicopter during a joint U.S. and Afghan sortie Jan. 7, 2010 at Forward Operation Base Tarin Kowt. The Mi-17 sortie was flown by pilots from the 437th Air Expeditionary Advisory Squadron and ANAAC pilots. Afghanistan National Army Air Corps soldiers delivered 30 passengers and one pallet of cargo destined for 82nd Airborne Soldiers with the 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment at Forward Operating Base Tarin Kowt.
