USAFE answers call of wounded warriors
Pictured is an example of a "show room" at the medical transient detachment building at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany. Two new buildings provide rooms for 190 to 200 wounded warriors and are outfitted with computers, free internet service, cable television, DVD players and telephones. Patients no longer have to endure a 50-mile roundtrip when receiving care at the medical center. (Courtesy photo)
