Staff Sgt. Manuel Garibay directs an Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker out for a refueling mission at Manas Air Base, Kyrgyzstan. On Nov. 11, aerial refueling crews flew 44 sorties and off-loaded approximately 2.6 million pounds of fuel to 233 receiving aircraft.
