Medical mission becomes primary focus following Noel
The first of two Army UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters is unloaded Nov. 8 from an C-5 Galaxy on the flightline at San Isidro Air Base, Dominican Republic, in preparation for medical relief missions following Tropical Storm Noel.
