Medical mission becomes primary focus following Noel
Army Spc. James Bilton rides the tail of an Army UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter to ensure it is safely removed from an C-5 Galaxy aircraft at San Isidro Air Base, Dominican Republic, in preparation for medical relief missions. Servicemembers are deployed from Joint Task Force-Bravo at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, to assist the Dominican Republic after it was ravaged by Tropical Storm Noel.
