American, British forces join for leadership development

A British airman (left) and 1st Lt. Xzavior Hill, traverse a rope bridge as part of the Ultimate Challenge 2 activity of Leadership, Ethos and Air Power Day at Royal Air Force Marham Nov. 9, 2009. About 40 Airmen from RAFs Mildenhall and Lakenheath participated in the leadership building opportunities with their British counterparts. The event is normally hosted three times a year for RAF troops. The overall goal is to foster teambuilding and teach effective leadership techniques.
