Spangdahlem Airmen reach out to Romanian community
Members of Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, donated money and time to help refurbish a children's community center during their deployment in support of Operation Dacian Thunder 2009 Oct. 26, 2009, in Turda, Romania.
