Global Air Chiefs Conference hosts second air chiefs forum
Maj. Gen. Ng Chee Khern addresses more than 90 international air chiefs during the Global Air Chiefs Conference forum Sept. 25 in Washington. Three forums are being held to discuss air power issues across the globe. Hosted by Gen. T.
