Supplies, educational aids delivered to Djibouti women
Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Oledia Bell works with a student Sept. 10 at the Union National of the Djibouti Women in Djibouti. The Union National of the Djibouti Women provides job skills training to Djiboutian women. The material is part of a donation received by the Union National of the Djibouti Women, which included a sewing machine, sewing materials, and pens and notebooks.
