Arctic Warriors join battle against MS
Chief Master Sgt. Jay Wilson participates in the Alaska Multiple Sclerosis Bike Ride Sept. 8 along a section of the Seward Highway in the Kenai Peninsula, Alaska. Consistent and sometimes heavy rains didn't prevent Chief Wilson, a member of the 703rd Aircraft Maintenance Unit, or other Airmen from Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska, from completing the two-day ride. People who took the 126-mile, round-trip ride saw extreme elevation gains challenging even the most experienced of the 200 riders. All proceeds from this event raised money for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Keith Brown)
