Panjshir PRT
Panjshir Provincial Reconstruction Team member Tech. Sgt. Michael Downey clears the road of some wandering sheep Aug. 6 on the way to provide training to Afghan National Police serving in the province's Anaba district, Afghanistan. Sergeant Downey is a security forces craftsman deployed from the Pentagon, Washington, D.C., to the PRT to assess the infrastructure and development of the ANP force in the Panjshir area.
